Stone Mountain Guest House is nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains, surrounded by the natural beauty of Maine's lakes and rivers. The house is a modernized historic Victorian built in 1880. The two private apartments each have everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We are just a few miles from Stone Mountain Arts Center and just a mile from the Appalachian Mountain Club trail in the Burnt Meadow Mountains.

The Gallery

We are both artists and work in the Gallery and Frameshop in the front of the building. The building is an extension of the Gallery and is filled with artwork from all over the world. The gallery also has a book selection as well as beautiful candles for sale from Lancaster. Pennsylvania. Please stop in during your stay.

The Space

 

The two private apartments each have everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Guests have a private entrance directly upstairs to two fully equipped apartments, one on the second floor and one on the third floor.

 

You can rent one or both.

 

The second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, one bath and a combination kitchen, dining, living-room.  The third floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, two with a queen bed each and the largest bedroom  has a full size and twin size bed. There is one bath and a large kitchen/dining room.  Each floor features a TV and wireless internet with  Netflix and Amazon Prime.
