The kitchens are fully equipped for your cooking needs with pots , pans, dishes, microwave ovens, etc. There is air conditioning in each bedroom

The Space:

 

The side porch entrance takes guests directly upstairs to two fully equipped apartments, one on the second floor and one on the third floor.

You can rent one or both.

 

The second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, one bath and a combination kitchen, dining, living-room.

 

The third floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, two with a queen bed each and the largest bedroom  has a full size and twin size bed. There is one bath and a large kitchen/dining room.

 

Each floor features a TV and wireless internet with  Netflix and Amazon.

 

The 2nd floor easily accommodates 2 couples.

 

The 3rd floor easily accommodates 3 couples

plus one single person.

 

Other Things to Note:

 

You get the whole floor to yourself or you can rent both floors if needed.

 

Sorry, we do not allow pets or smoking inside. If you want to smoke, please enjoy the side porch or have a seat in the back yard.
